Project Manager/Surveyor

Rhys is a registered surveyor with more than 20 years in the civil construction industry; he has been a project manager with Wharehine since 2001. Rhys has held project management, survey team and site works management roles since 1993, in California and New Zealand, and operated his own land surveying consultancy business in Auckland. Rhys enjoys collaborating with clients, consultants and designers to achieve a smoothly run project that is completed safely, on time and to budget. As Wharehine’s senior surveyor, Rhys is not only technically proficient in the use of fully integrated surveying instruments and civil engineering software, he also trains drainlayers, engineering students and other Wharehine crew members on its use.
