Health and Safety Manager

Rhys Moses has the important job of managing the processes and systems that keep Wharehine staff safe whilst continually ensuring they are audited, reviewed and improved. With a background in design, draughting and establishing engineering systems and policies in roading projects, Rhys plays a critical role in the group's safety record, success and top industry certification. Part of his daily work load includes working alongside our multi-skilled personnel, inducting new employees, and ensuring established staff members are up-to-date with their certification and training. With specialist health checks and accident investigation also in his brief, Rhys is proud of his ability to consistently meet performance and safety requirements, whilst maintaining excellent communication with staff. He also administers the group's quality management ISO9001:2000 system, enabling Wharehine to focus on its quality statement of "meeting or exceeding the client's requirements".
