Karen Davies has the varied and interesting roles of ensuring work procedures comply with ISO 9001:2000, adherence to environmental standards and sustainability work practices, and enhancing the Wharehine brand. Under Karen’s expert guidance, staff members are trained in how best to enact the substantial systems and procedures to ensure the smooth running of our construction division. Her regular site visits and audits provide a keen ‘outside eye’, and ensure all procedures are being maintained and improved.
